tengo una excelente dieta para antes de comenzar mi rutina, comenta si te gusta alguna de estas comidas.
1. Pan integral tostado, mantequilla de manà o de almendra, y rebanadas de plátano
2. Muslos de pollo, arroz y verduras al vapor
3. Avena, proteÃna en polvo y arándanos
4. Huevos revueltos, verduras y aguacate
5. Batido de proteÃna
I have an excellent diet before starting my routine, comment if you like any of these foods.
1. Whole wheat toast, peanut or almond butter, and banana slices
2. Steamed chicken thighs, rice and vegetables
3. Oatmeal, protein powder, and blueberries
4. Scrambled eggs, vegetables and avocado
5. Protein shake

1.Toma hidratos de bajo Ãndice glucémico dos horas antes.
2.Café media hora antes del entreno.
3.Evita grandes cantidades de grasa antes de entrenar.
4.No olvides tu suplemento de creatina.
5.No entrenes al fallo en cada serie.
6.Entrena con música.
7.Deja el cardio para después de las pesas.
Take low-glycemic carbohydrates two hours before.
2. Coffee half an hour before training.
3. Avoid large amounts of fat before training.
4. Don't forget your creatine supplement.
5. Don't train to failure in every set.
6. Train with music.
7.Save cardio for after weights.
